Job Description / Responsibilities : 

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, market segments, and customer accounts to maximize sales growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional campaigns, launch new products, and address customer feedback.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management to form decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales management
